Note: With this script, We are using the official Social Media API (Facebook, Twitter, etc, except Instagram) which is available on Developer Center. That is a reason why this script depends on Social Media API(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc). Therefore, We are not responsible if they made too many critical changes on their side. We also don't guarantee that the compatibility of the script with Socia Media API will be forever. Although we always try to update the latest version of the script as soon as possible. We don't provide any refund for all problems which are originated from Social Media API (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc).

 

If you do not accept the terms of this agreement and you purchased a product containing the web application from an authorized retailer, you may be eligible to return the product for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable return policy

 

How do we use your information?

• We use Content, information that you send and receive through Social Networks, and other information from these Social Networks (such as your messages, posts, comments, images, advertising, and other material you curate on and upload to the Services) in order to provide the Services.

• TO ANALYZE YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND THE TYPES OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES YOU PREFER.
• TO RESPOND TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHNICAL HELP REQUESTS.
• TO ASSIST IN THE OPERATION OF PLANOLY WEBINARS & WORKSHOPS.
• TO COMPLY WITH LEGAL REQUIREMENTS.

Posteto does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent or lease any of our customer lists and/or names to any third parties.

Your payment will be collected by Posteto and passed through to Stripe, who collects, uses and processes your information, including payment information, in accordance with their privacy policies. Posteto does not store your payment information in connection with Stripe.

Posteto may only otherwise disclose your personal information, without prior notice to you, if required to do so in accordance with applicable laws and/or in a good faith belief that such action is deemed necessary or is required in an effort to:

• REMAIN IN CONFORMANCE WITH ANY DECREES, LAWS AND/OR STATUTES OR IN AN EFFORT TO COMPLY WITH ANY PROCESS WHICH MAY BE SERVED UPON POSTETO AND/OR OUR SITE;
• EFFECT A SALE OF POSTETO;
• MAINTAIN, SAFEGUARD AND/OR PRESERVE ALL THE RIGHTS AND/OR PROPERTY OF POSTETO; AND
• PERFORM UNDER DEMANDING CONDITIONS IN AN EFFORT TO SAFEGUARD THE PERSONAL SAFETY OF USERS OF POSTETO AND/OR THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

Use of Cookies

If you wish to access, correct, update or request deletion of your information, you can do so at any time by contacting us at support@posteto.com Include your username and email with which you are registered and in 24 hours we will confirm by email that your data has been deleted

Note that if you submit a request to delete your information, this may prohibit you from using the Site and/or Service.
